Our Philosophy

Palette is an independent London based fashion boutique, with a passion for objects of beauty that don’t always sit in the mainstream.

Our concept offers an eclectic range of high-end vintage, mixed in with emerging contemporary design talent; our ethos, is to provide women with a unique retailing experience; one that offers a viable alternative to homogeneous luxury super-brands and high-street disposable copies.

We love to marry new and old, to assist our clients in defining their own unique aesthetic. We also aim to offer products that are bound together with an integrity that embraces design innovation, quality and longevity.

Vintage pieces (1920-80s) are acquired for their relevance to a modern wardrobe; stocking many highly regarded vintage brands, as well as other unlabeled pieces; all are singled out for their iconic style, inherent quality and masterful construction. We also pride ourselves on the immaculate condition of each and every vintage piece.

New and emerging designer brands are selected for their commitment to originality, quality and wearability. A high level of creative intelligence underlines all of our designers’ own philosophies which, we believe, is clearly echoed in the extraordinary work they produce.

Our retail philosophy is not designed to appeal to the majority of styles or tastes. Perhaps this is why Palette has emerged as an independently minded fashion enterprise that serves a community who crave something a little less ordinary.

Palette has been established since May 2004.
