Boboutic

Italian knitwear brand, Boboutic started life in 2000, combining the experiences of Michel Bergamo (knitwear designer) and Cristina Zamagni (architect and photographer).

Their design philosophy tends to focus on everyday life to inspire a conceptual approach to design. An image, or perhaps a conversation can spark ideas relating to the use of yarn and its application to shapes and weights, volume and construction. The key challenge is always related to the deconstruction of the body through geometrical forms. 

Boboutic’s designs are timeless, fluid and tremendously flexible. Each collection is beautifully constructed using luxurious yarns, alongside traditional knitting techniques and very precise finishing.

It’s a rarity these days to find such intelligence in knitwear design. 

Boboutic is based in Florence, and manufactured in Italy.
