Daita Kimura is a successful Japanese shoe designer/maker who started his business at the historic London site “The Old Curiosity Shop” in 1992.  Creating an innovative range of handmade footwear, he has collaborated with Alexander McQueen and YohjiYamamoto.

After receiving a tremendous response, he launched a ready to wear collection in 2009 S/S as well as continuing with his signature hand made footwear collection.

So impressed with Daita's style aesthetic, Comme des Garcon have recently commissioned a capsule shoe collection that is stocked exclusively in their Tokyo store.
