Can I cancel / return or exchange my order?

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any product purchased from www.palette-london.com, for a full product refund or exchange. However, if your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Upon receipt of the return, we will deduct the cost of outward delivery charges from the sum refunded. Please check our Return Policy

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, hosiery and earrings cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

How do I know my new item will fit me? 

All of our products are meaured very carefully. It’s always a good idea to measure a similar garment that you already own to ensure you are ordering the correct size. Please refer to Size Conversion Chart / How We Measure Clothing

How do I know which items are in stock? 

All items shown on the website are in stock. Please note that putting an item in your shopping cart does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.

What payment methods does Palette accept? 

You can choose to pay for your order by credit card or debit card with Mastercard and Visa. We also accept payment through Paypal.

How will I know my order has been received? 

Once your order has been completed and payment received, we will email to confirm receipt of your order. This will list the product/s ordered, the value of the order including shipping costs (if applicable) and delivery address.

Can Palette ship to more than one address in a single order? 

Yes, we can! Please email us with instructions and we'll organise this for you.

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Will my personal information be kept private?

How can I expect to receive the goods?

We despatch all orders in packaging that reflect our brand - RED - colours. It isn't fancy but it is designed to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. 

Will there be additional duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

Can I make a special request on my order, for example to have an item altered to fit me? 

Unfortunately we can't accept special requests on orders at this time.

Will new products be added to the website, if so, when?

We will add new products to our site periodically. Please check our New Arrivals

Do you offer a personal shopping service?

Unfortunately we don't offer this service at present. However, we will be offering our clients this service soon.
