Detail: An exquisite piece of vintage Jakob Bengel constructed from his signature chrome and bakelite *galalith materials to form a minimal art-deco necklace. This piece is unusually smaller than his more pronounced pieces. The green bakelite has a milky, almost marbled texture. The semi domed pendent is set with a slice of semi-transparent lucite with a slight amber tint. Rare and very collectable.
Period: 1930s
Condition: Used. Excelllent with only the slightest signs of use, commensurate with age.
Size: Large pendent 3 x 3cm, Chain drop of 25cm.
