Can I cancel / return or exchange my order?

Under the United Kingdom's CONSUMER CONTRACTS (INFORMATION, CANCELLATION AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES) REGULATIONS, you have the right to cancel your order for any product purchased from, for a full product refund or exchange. However, if your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. Upon receipt of the return, we will deduct the cost of outward delivery charges from the sum refunded. Please note that in the interests of hygiene, hosiery and earrings cannot be returned, unless they are faulty.

How do I know my new item will fit me?

Our products are measured accurately. It’s always a good idea to measure a similar garment that you already own to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

How do I know which items are in stock?

All items shown on the website are in stock. Please note that putting an item in your shopping cart does not automatically reserve it for you, and that it can be purchased by another customer while you continue to shop for other items.

What payment methods does Palette accept?

You can choose to pay by credit card or debit card. Palette-London.Com use Payment Pro (Paypal) as payment gateway. Check our home page for a list of cards we accept Home Page. You can also pay using "PayPal".

How will I know my order has been received?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which doesn't mean that your order has been accepted by us. The order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card and address details have been approved and verified.

Can Palette ship to more than one address in a single order?

We only ship one order to one single address. During the shopping process you will be asked to choose one shipping address for your delivery. If you would like to change
your shipping address after you have placed your order, please contact us at using ‘Address Replacement’ in the subject matter. We’ll be happy to revise the delivery address if the package has not already been mailed.
