Palette London is more than happy to price match with other UK online retailers (in most cases). If your claim is successful, we'll give you a 5% discount on our published price.
 

Please refer to the following rules before enquiring:
 

1. The item(s) must be full price and not included in any sales or promotions.

2. The item(s) must be available to buy and visible to all.

3. Only the online price will be matched, which does not include any form of members or promotional discount.

4. The item you wish to be price matched has to be identical to the one on offer at palette-london.com. Size, colour etc.

5. The item must be in stock on both websites.

6. Price matches will only be considered with other registered UK companies / online retailers.

7. Price matches will not be offered after goods have been sold.

We will always do our utmost to ensure that legitimate claims are matched, although we do reserve the right to politely decline on any occasion.
