This sheer vintage flowing gown is a stunning and colourful example of an Ossie Clark and Celia Birtwell collaboration for Radley. This would be an amazing piece for a collector, the red carpet or even a day around town.
Detail: Sheer top. Deep décolletage with panels on edges ending at a raised waist with waistband. Butterfly sleeves over full-length fitted sleeves with covered button fixtures at the wrists.T wo covered buttons at back of neckband. Keyhole extending from back of neck to waistband, where zipper begins. Flowing skirt, which gathers around waistband with azure lining.
Condition: Excellent - several tiny dark spots at just below waist level. These are completely lost in the print.
Care: Dry Clean
Styling tip: This is a very powerful dress and will make a very big statement. Go bohemian chic, with long flowing hair, chunky and strappy heels, and some big rings on your fingers. Glam it up for an event with black heels and black turban. Either way, this dress won’t let you down.
