Detail: Beautiful full length chiffon vintage evening dress by Jean Varon - John Bates, with voluminous puff sleeves and pheasant illusratration print. Almost pre-raphaetite in style. Shirt collar, button and concealed zipper fastening to front. Two button cuff. Fully lined in satin with the exception of the sleeves. High waisted.
Period: Mid 1970s
Condition: Excellent, near perfect.
Sizing: UK10. Small. Bust 34 inches. Waist 28 inches. Hips 37 inches. Shoulders from seam to seam 14.5 inches. Sleeves from shoulder seam to cuff 27 inches. Length 57 inches.
